Working within quality standards the company constantly seeks the qualification of our manpower and continuous improvement of its processes.
Our business performance is based on the seriousness and transparency in dealing with matters relating to its employees, customers and society in general.
In 2001 the implementation process of Quality Management System began, in accordance with standard ISO 9001 which ended in 2003 with the acquisition of Quality Certification in the Pipelines field.
In 2006, QMS - Quality Management System of the company was expanded to IMS - Integrated Management System in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001 (Quality) / ISO 14001 (Environment) and OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Safety and Health).
In August 2009, SGI - Integrated Management System was recertified in order to meet the requirements established by NBR ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007, involving all the processes of the Organization that have an influence on service quality, safety and health of people, in preserving the environment and its operating results, consistent with the QSMS Policy and Objectives. Certified by BSI Management Systems Certification, with an expansion of the scope.

This scope is accredited by the ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB). National accreditation from the U.S. and INMETRO.

QHSE Policy (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment):
BUENO has adopted as its philosophy the QHSE policy, covering the quality, safety, environment and occupational health understanding that they are integral to the entire production process, just as the quality, production and deadlines.
"Designing and building pipelines, in compliance with the legislation and requirements, through employee commitment to preserving the environment, human security and control of its processes, seeking continuous improvement in results and giving priority to Customer Satisfaction."
Objectives and Goals:
To meet the established in the Vision, Mission and QHSE Policy, the following goals are established:
1 - Fully meet the contracts, standards, legislation and other applicable requirements;
2 - Seek continuous improvement of the Organization results;
3 - Ensure Customer Satisfaction and other stakeholders with the services provided.
These goals are broken down into Goals and Guidelines and can be aided by the control items.
