BUENO adopts as a basic philosophy, regarding to security, to see it as part of the entire production process, just as the quality, production and deadlines. Therefore, we highlight seven basic aspects:

Compliance with legislation through Regulatory Standards (NR's) issued by the Ministry of Labour and complementary Laws.

The professional personnel at level of management or supervision is responsible for actions that can prevent accidents and losses.

No task is considered well prepared if its employees are not properly instructed and equipped to do it safely for themselves and for their co-workers.

Implementation of actions in the area of occupational safety aimed at preventing and preserving the workers safety through the CIPA, SESMT, admission training, by giving ordinary and extraordinary presentations, besides awareness campaigns regarding the use of EPI’s and other specifics for each activity.

Each employee must be encouraged, through training and systematic guidance, to act safely in and out of work.

Equipment, tools, materials, temporary premises and buildings must be kept in conditions of operating and use in a safe and health way.

- Every task is preceded by planning, focusing on security aspects (Risk Analysis), made by Supervisor and / or worker responsible for the work front, assisted by Specialized Safety Engineering and Occupational Medicine (SESMT).
